Required notice contents
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it (e.g. exact API endpoint or response field)
- Your contact information (full name, address, phone, email)
- A good-faith statement that the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act
- Your physical or electronic signature
Counter-notice
If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice following the procedure mirrored from 17 U.S.C. § 512(g).
Repeat infringers
Accounts associated with repeated infringement will be terminated.
