Cancellation Policy

Summary
FitExerciseDB subscriptions are non-refundable. You can cancel anytime; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period (monthly or annual). No automatic renewal occurs after cancellation.
Cancellation
Self-serve cancellation is available 24/7 via the Stripe Customer Portal, accessible from your dashboard. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period — full access continues until that date. After that, billing stops and the API key reverts to the free tier.
No mid-period refunds
Once a billing period has begun (monthly or annual), the amount paid is non-refundable. This applies regardless of how much you used the service during that period.
Marketplace single-asset purchases
One-off marketplace purchases ($0.99 GIF assets) are final and non-refundable once the unwatermarked file has been delivered, since the digital good is consumed at delivery.
Exceptions
We will issue a refund only if:
- You were billed for a duplicate subscription due to a bug on our end.
- The Service was materially unavailable for more than 48 consecutive hours during the billing period (SLA credit, capped at the prorated daily amount).
- We are required to do so by applicable consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction (some EU member states grant a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts; if so, that right prevails).
How to request
Email billing@fitexercisedb.com from the email associated with your account, including your Stripe customer ID (visible in your dashboard) and a short description of the issue.
Disputes
Disputes are governed by French law and resolved before the courts of Paris, France. EU consumers may also use the European online dispute resolution platform.
